We manage a diversified property asset platform with a value of R72.9 billion. Our local portfolio is complemented by our retail and logistics property investments in Poland.

We allocate capital where we believe the best market opportunities lie and reduce risk by diversifying our portfolio. To this end, we continue to invest in well-located local and international properties that are high quality and more efficient, with a focus on blue-chip tenants to secure growth in rentals – all of which result in improved cash flow.
